For the Kentucky Derby 2026, we collaborated with Millennium Events to create an array of stunning scenic props that enhanced the festive atmosphere. Among our notable contributions were five mirrored arches, each standing 106 inches tall and 116 inches wide. These arches were expertly crafted from plywood using our CNC machine and finished with mirrored plexiglass, allowing them to be easily assembled and disassembled for transport. They served as striking focal points during the Derby party held at Paristown Hall. Additionally, we designed a striking red wall with an arch, accompanied by three red pedestals and a custom radius shelf unit, all contributing to a vibrant and immersive event space.
Our project also featured two impressive spires, replicating the iconic Churchill Downs structures, standing at 8 feet tall. The assembly of these spires involved meticulous cutting of all necessary pieces using our CNC machine, including custom roof ribs designed to fit the roof panels precisely. The roof panels were intricately engraved, and the windows were adorned with mirrored plexiglass for a polished finish. To complement the spires, we created a custom wall sign that welcomed guests to Louisville, which was prominently displayed at the Louisville Airport, making a grand statement for attendees arriving for the Derby.
