Infinity Productions designed and constructed set pieces for the Louisville Dance Alliance's production centered around the tale of Odysseus. A standout feature of the set was a unique boat throne, measuring 3' x 3' and standing 8' tall. This innovative piece was equipped with drop casters, allowing for effortless movement between scenes and the ability to lower it to the ground during performances. The design was inspired by ancient Greek warships, with one side resembling a boat while the opposite served as an ornate throne, effectively blending functionality with thematic relevance.
In addition to the boat throne, Infinity Productions crafted two scenic walls that enhanced the overall aesthetic of the performance. These walls were meticulously scenic painted to evoke the appearance of ancient stone ruins, creating a captivating backdrop that transported the audience into the world of Odysseus. The combination of these thoughtfully designed elements contributed to a visually stunning and immersive experience for the audience, highlighting the artistic vision of both the production team and Infinity Productions.
