The FanDuel Oaks Party 2025 promised to be an unforgettable celebration that blends Kentucky Derby Culture and the excitement that comes with it with the FanDuel Brand, and we helped them deliver. Our team created a vibrant atmosphere with strategically positioned DJ booths to create a perfect party atmosphere, both inside the venue and out. Lush floral arrangements featuring roses in the FanDuel brand colors will complement the Derby theme, while stunning horseshoe-shaped floral arches will serve as captivating backdrops for photo opportunities.

Additionally, a decorative horseshoe wall functioned as an eye-catching feature and backdrop to a merch area, and offered storage behind it. Prominent entrance signs displaying the FanDuel logo for both General Admission and VIP areas guided guests and enhanced brand visibility. A hedge wall provided a sophisticated green backdrop featuring a vinyl FanDuel logo, complemented by multiple decorative plinths showcasing floral arrangements and branding elements. Eye-catching acrylic rose and shield displays created unique focal points, and engaging marketing displays promoted FanDuel’s offerings, ensuring guests are well-informed.

Finally, a stylish bar area featuring bottom-to-top floral walls created a social hub for mingling and enjoying the festivities, all while ensuring a cohesive look that resonates with the excitement of the Derby and reflects the FanDuel brand. We were thrilled to work with Episode1 and FanDuel for the 2nd year in a row to help bring the FanDuel Derby Day dreams to life!
