Infinity Productions collaborated with Media.Monks to bring to life a one-day immersive holiday activation for Maker’s Mark at their historic distillery campus in Loretto, KY. Designed as a branded seasonal experience for guests, the event featured two distinct tented environments, a holiday market, and a range of custom scenic elements that transformed the site into a festive destination grounded in storytelling, atmosphere, and craft.

This immersive holiday market at Maker’s Mark Distillery brought together custom fabrication, scenic storytelling, and layered environmental design. Infinity Productions handled everything from concept development to installation — including vendor booths, signature sculptures, set decor, and event infrastructure — all designed to evoke warmth, craft, and the brand’s unmistakable identity.

Scope & Services
Our team was engaged to fabricate, furnish, and creatively realize a wide-ranging experiential build, including:

Six rustic vendor kiosks clad in antiqued wood and designed to echo the vernacular architecture of rural Kentucky.
Two custom-designed bar installations to anchor key gathering areas within themed tents.
Ten handcrafted wayfinding signs styled in a warm, minimal palette to guide guests through the expansive grounds.
Three massive holiday archways, constructed to echo the threshold of a barn and wrapped in seasonal foliage.
A series of live edge cedar bench installations, deployed throughout the lawn for both seating and atmosphere.

Inside the tented spaces, we partnered on environmental set dressing and scene creation, shaping two contrasting experiences:

A richly appointed “library speakeasy”, complete with leather club chairs, antique bookshelves, faux fireplace, and period furniture.
A minimalist, textural Nordic-style lounge, layered with natural materials like raw wood, faux fur, woven rugs, and warm lighting.

Highlight: The Maker’s Bottle Tree
A signature moment of the activation, we designed and fabricated a dramatic 12′ tall holiday “tree” constructed from concentric rings of warm-stained wood. The tree held dozens of empty Maker’s Mark bottles, internally lit with LED fixtures to create a glowing celebration of the brand’s identity. The sculptural centerpiece was installed beneath a canopy of custom red fabric parachutes and string lights, acting as a beacon denoting the holiday market area.

Full-Service Project Management
Beyond fabrication, Infinity led project management and on-site coordination, including:

Vendor selection and management for tents, flooring, heat, and lighting.
Set Dressing while sourcing and staging of all prop furniture and holiday décor (from Monk.Media design direction).
Integration of floral and evergreen foliage dressing across both interior and exterior zones.
Site assessment, Spatial planning and 3D concept modeling to support client design workflows and meet budget targets efficiently.
