Restaurateur and entrepreneur Kevin Grangier tapped us to help bring his concept of a boutique steakhouse to life. With 260 seats available, Le Moo offers private seating rooms for 10-60 people, Including the unique “Blue Moo” (with a private entrance, stage, and raised booth areas each with its curtains).
We built the industrial styled bar, banquettes, tables, (some with copper inlay), benches, entryway room divider, and wall cladding to bring Kevin’s vision to life with great success. Le Moo has been rated as the best steakhouse in Kentucky, and one of the best in the country.
