Infinity Productions was hired by Everlast Productions to design and fabricate scenic elements for the HSPA Convention at KICC in 2026. The project focused on creating bold, Kentucky-inspired visual moments that enhanced both the lobby experience and the main stage environment.

Lobby Photo Opportunity

We created a 7’ x 7’ custom horseshoe photo op designed to welcome attendees and provide a memorable branded moment. The installation featured bourbon barrels, vinyl-applied logos, and a rustic wooden backdrop wall, creating a warm and inviting entrance display that reflected the regional aesthetic and event branding.

Main Stage Scenic Elements

The stage design included large-scale architectural features to frame the presentation space:

Two 13’ tall custom barn doors
A 20’ steel railing spanning between the doors
Two 16’ tall half-horseshoes flanking the stage

These elements were designed to create a strong visual presence while maintaining structural stability and efficient installation within the convention center environment.

Fabrication & Installation

Infinity Productions handled the full scope of the project, including:

Scenic design and engineering
CNC cutting of horseshoes from MDF
Finish painting and detailing
Fabrication of steel and scenic elements
Load-in and installation at KICC
Post-event removal and strike

The custom horseshoes were precision cut on our CNC machine from MDF and finish painted to achieve a clean, professional look suitable for a large-scale convention setting.

This project demonstrates Infinity Productions’ ability to manage large scenic builds from concept through installation, delivering durable, visually striking environments for conventions, corporate events, and live productions.
