When Big Bar was built a decade ago, we built the bar, bottle gantry, and other custom elements for the space (Louisville Kentucky’s smallest bar) and, after more than a decade Louisville’s premiere gay bar and dance club, they purchased the building next door and joined the two spaces to create a vibrant dance space, second bar, and intimate mezzanine lounge.
For this expansion, we built custom metal railing; LED wall design, installation, and programming; custom bar and bottle gantry, both with embedded LEDs; underbar lighting; textiles, upholstery, and draping; custom banquette; lighting design solution along with installation and DMX programming; designed and installed 16 channel + multisource video content distribution network; designed and installed an upgraded and conjoined audio solution for all spaces, customizable between zones (dancefloor, original bar, and/or patio), fabricated and installed custom lighting grid over dancefloor.
