Starting with two custom-made 17’ tall horseshoe halves, we fitted them with offstage endcaps for LED screens, added black masking flats and jacks to ensure structural support, and gave them an immaculate finish and a silver coat of paint. The halves were cut from ½” and ¾” MDF on our CNC machine. We also fabricated a smaller free-standing 7’ tall horseshoe that included a base, roses, and an assortment (6) bourbon barrels featuring custom vinyl graphics. The 7’ horseshoes, similar to their larger counterpart, were cut on our CNC from ½” and ¾” MDF and finished and painted silver. This created a photo opportunity in the lobby that helped promote the event and excite participants. Another 6 bourbon barrels with vinyl graphics joined our 17’ tall horseshoe halves on the main event stage.

Last but not least, we custom fabricated two 13’ tall barn doors from 1×6 wood, then stained and clear coated. We detailed further with steel plates and wheels. The doors acted as the main focal point on stage, with speakers entering and exiting through them. To achieve this, we made a custom 20’ black steel angle for the barn door track.
